Tema

Tema was founded in 1981 as Norema, and the company started out producing and commercializing closets and kitchen furniture. The rapid acquisition of know how in this market was an incentive for growth and the company decided to further expand the range of products offered. Today, Tema is owned by a group of national investors.

After more than two decades of existence, Tema's continuous growth has afforded the company a place of reference in the furniture business, not only in Portugal, but also worldwide - Tema is today considered the largest Portuguese exporter of wood furniture. This growth results, in part, from a clear understanding of the business by its shareholders and management team who value fundamental aspects such as customer service and the commitment to the quality of the products offered.
