Josef Hoffmann originally designed pieces in his Koller collection in 1911 for the living room of a Hans Koller.  Hoffmann supposedly used a similar model for furnishing the Stoclet in Brussels as well.  Re–elaborated in 1927.  The velvet-covered Koller Chair by Joseph Hoffmann shows off a rich and bold aesthetic balanced with soft, curved edges and subtle detailing.  Handmade arm chair upholstered in black velvet with white piping.  Hardwood frame.  Exceptional quality.  Made in Italy.
