YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER TO RETURN ANY PRODUCT. Any orders returned without an RA number will NOT receive any refund (if any is due). The RA number must be clearly written in black marker on the outside of the box.

Returns are accepted only within 2 weeks of your receipt of the merchandise. This means that the return MUST be received by EuroFurniture no more than 2 weeks after your receipt of the order.

The returned goods MUST be in new condition with all of the original packaging. Any item that to be retuned must be returned with all of the orginal packing including all boxes, packing materials, and the pallet (if your order was shipped on a pallet). We require that the goods be packed identically to how you received your order. Any items deemed to be in less than NEW condition, that item will not receive a full credit (or no credit at all). It is at the sole discretion of the EuroFurniture staff to determine the condition of the returned item. If the EuroFurniture staff should determine that the return is NOT in new condition it is again at EuroFurniture's sole discretion to determine the dollar amount to be credited back (if any).

All returns will be charged for shipping both to the customer and for the return shipping to EuroFurniture. All returns will be charged the actual cost of shipping both from EuroFurniture to the customer as well as from the customer back to EuroFurniture. If a customer wishes to ship their return to EuroFurniture at their expense, the customer MUST inform EuroFurniture of their intent to do so and request a Return Authorization number. Even if the customer ships back at his/her own expense, they are still responsible to for the shipping charge from EuroFurniture to the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: All returned "FREE SHIPPING" orders (ea. all orders Ekornes, Cattelan Italia, etc.) will be subject to ALL shipping charges (from EuroFurniture to the customer AND back from the customer to EuroFurniture). Return shipping charges are based on actual freight charges to ship the order to the customer and then to return the shipment to EuroFurniture in Chicago. Contact us if you would like to know what the return freight charge would be before making a purchase.

All Special Order returns are subject to a 25% return fee in addition to being charged for shipping from and to EuroFurniture. Any item that is not shipped from the inventory of our Chicago warehouse is considered a Special Order. Special Order will also be indicated on the individual item page on the website and on your invoice. Any Special Order, without exception, is subject to the 25% cancellation / return fee. Even orders that have gone beyond the quoted lead time are subject to the cancellation / return fee of 25%.

EuroFurniture has the right to refuse any return shipment that does not have the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Please keep in mind that EuroFurniture cannot be held responsible for your furniture not fitting into you home (through a doorway, item too large for the room, etc.etc.) We know furniture, not the delivery location, so be sure to measure!

Returns will only be credited if the item(s) being returned meet all the conditions stated here. Credit will be issued after the returned item(s) are received and inspected by EuroFurniture. In order to provide our customers with the best possible prices, we must strictly adhere to these return policies. It is because of our extremely low return rate that we can continue to offer great pricing.
